Nina Blu are still open for business! As an online store we can still provide you with the freshest garms without you leaving the sofa. However due to the circumstances of COVID19 delivery times may be delayed. If you have any questions regarding this, or delivery and returns generally, please drop us an email to info@ninablu.co.uk. UK Delivery

– We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of placing the order, providing the order is made on a weekday. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.

– Once dispatched we aim to deliver your order within 2-4 working days (this excludes weekends & bank holidays).

– Delivery cost will be shown at checkout.

International Delivery

– We are currently shipping to the United States as well as the UK. There is a flat cost of £25.00 for shipping.

– We aim to dispatch all International orders within 48 hours of placing the order.

– All International deliveries are tracked and we will require a signature on arrival.

– We aim to deliver  in 6-7 working days.

– Your parcel may or may not be charged customs and import duties. Unfortunately, if your parcel is charged Nina Blu are not responsible for this cost as it is out of our control. These charges can vary from country to country, if you require more accurate information we suggest you contact your local customs office.

Important Information: Please note all delivery costs are non refundable. Also please ensure you enter the correct delivery information, we will not refund you if your order is delivered to the wrong address.

Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your Nina Blu purchase, however in the event that you are not or if you have a problem with your purchase, we are happy for you to return your item(s) to us. We will refund you your money, however we do not accept exchanges. This is something we will aim to do in the near future.

– All returns must reach us no later than 14 working days after receiving your item(s), they must be returned in an unworn, unused, and unmarked condition with the original tags and packaging. Any items that are returned and don’t meet our policy will not be refunded.

– You will receive a returns form with your purchase which must be completed and returned with your item(s), we cannot trace your order to refund you if the returns form is not sent with the returned item(s).

– If you are returning due to a fault with your item, please notify us as soon as possible and we will investigate this matter.

– Custom Made (personalised and specific designs not available on our website) items are non returnable.

Important Information: Any items returned after 14 days will not be refunded. You are responsible for the delivery costs to return your item(s). We would recommend using a tracked service so you can track the whereabouts of your return. Nina Blu cannot be held responsible for the loss of your return.
